Customer Returned Items Report

 

ATTENTION:
The Customer Returned Items Report is only available for ZRS PURE and ZRS PLUS partners.

The Customer Returned Items Report contains all customer returns that were sent to a Zalando return center in the defined period of time.

Frequency

You can choose between

weekly,

and monthly reporting.

Irrespective of the reporting frequency, the reports are always generated at 6 a.m.
 

ATTENTION:
Customer Returned Items Reports are named according to the following scheme:
zrs_customer_returned_items_x_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.csv

The reports are provided with the CSV settings that you have set in TB.One under "Admin > Export > List exports".
