The Customer Returned Items Report contains all customer returns that were sent to a Zalando return center in the defined period of time.
Frequency
You can choose between
•weekly,
•and monthly reporting.
Irrespective of the reporting frequency, the reports are always generated at 6 a.m.
ATTENTION: The reports are provided with the CSV settings that you have set in TB.One under "Admin > Export > List exports". |
