Explanation
Unknown country of origin -The following country of origin (a_org_country) could not be found via the import key "[NAME]".
Solution
1.Go to "Basic Data > Properties > Country Codes".
2.Check whether the country appears in the list. If it doesn't, add it by clicking "Inherit from master list" in the left navigation bar.
3.Check your import file. The content of the column "a_org_country" must match the country's Alpha2 ISO code.
If the problem persists, contact Tradebyte Support.
How to Automatically Create Country Codes
TB.One can create new country codes directly from the import file if you provide them in the correct (Alpha2) format.
1.Go to "Admin > Import > Settings".
2.Under "Automatically create import keys from the import file", select "Countries of origin".
3.Save your settings.
