Master Data Import via XML - File Import

There are two ways in which you can import files into TB.One. Either use the user interface (menu "Data exchange > Directories > Input") or upload directly via your SFTP access.

When uploading via the user interface, you can use TB.One's file validator. To do so, open the menu "Data exchange > Validators > XML". Here, you may select one or more XML files to upload and check them for formal validity by clicking the button "Upload and Validate". If TB.One encounters problems during the check, an error message indicating the cause of the error will be displayed.

If the files are error-free, you may move them from the validator into the input directory.

ATTENTION:
Note that the maximum file size for an upload is 150 MB. This is also true if you selected multiple smaller files for the upload. The combined size of all simultaneously uploaded files must not exceed the maximum of 150 MB.

If this would be the case, either choose smaller or fewer files, or copy the files directly in the input directory on your SFTP server.
