How to Remove Category-Specific Mappings

1.Open the value mapping ("Channels > [Your Channel] > Value mapping").

2.In the first column, open the affected category.

3.In the middle column, find the property you want to remove the mapping for.

4.In the selection list/dropdown menu of your assigned attributes or components, scroll to the top and choose the value "-- please select --".

5.Click "Save".

This action will remove the value mapping for that specific property in the selected category.

ATTENTION:
Before removing a category-specific mapping, ensure that the property is already mapped at the global level. If the property is not mapped globally, removing the category mapping will result in missing information in the export (if it's an optional property) or invalid products that are not exported (if it's a mandatory property).
