Adress Type Assignment for GPSR

ATTENTION: Check for channel-specific GPSR information!
Some Channel may need addtional data on GPSR informations. You can find these requirements in the Channel Sheets.

How to configure your GPSR address roles and assign multiple address types to your GPSR information:

1. Set up the Address in Basic Data

a.Go to “Basic data > Addresses”.

b.Create a new address or select an existing one.

TIP:
You can also select multiple address types for a single address at once by selecting several checkboxes.

c.Fill in all the required fields (Name, Street, ZIP, City, Country, Email, …).

d.Click “Save”.

2. Activate Channel-Specific Addresses for a channel

ATTENTION:
Whether this setting is available to you in TB.One depends on the channel. You can find these requirements in the Channel Sheets.

a.Go to “Channels > [Your Channel] > Settings”.

b.Open the “Address assignment” tab.

c.Check the box of each address you want to activate for the channel.

d.Click “Save”.

3. Assign A Role to Your Channel-Specific Addresses

1.Open to the “GPSR information” tab.

2.Use the “Default value” drop-down menus to assign your GPSR addresses.

3.Click “Save”.
