La Redoute (Mirakl) - How to Upload Sales Prices

La Redoute regularly offers discounts during limited-time sales promotions. Articles that are part of a sales promotion are advertised by the channel and receive a special ranking in the shop. This guide shows how you can participate in sales promotions.

CSV-Settings

The required data must be provided in a CSV file. This file has to match the settings for separators, text delimiters, and character set coding you have configured at "Admin > Import > Settings" in the section "CSV Import". The decimal separator has to be a period.

File Name

The file's name follows the standard rules for article import files. That means you need to use the format "ARTICLE_<timestamp>.csv".

Structure of the CSV File

Column headers: All column headers, apart from the first one, have to contain the channel sign and the promotion's key. The channel sign indicates for which channel the promotion is valid (in this case, the sign is "[lrfr]" for "La Redoute (Mirakl)". If you are still using the old legacy La Redoute channel, the channel sign is "[lafr]"). The key that identifies the promotion can be chosen freely but needs to be unique to avoid mix-ups.

Column

Description

a_nr or a_ean

The article number or EAN. The headline must correspond to the column's contents.

a_vk_sale[channel sign][promotion key]

Discounted retail price (gross); use periods as decimal separators.

a_sale_period_from[channel sign][promotion key]

Discount start date. The starting time must be 00:01.
Example: "24.05.2023 00:01" (in this example the sales period starts on May 24th, 2023).

a_sale_period_to[channel sign][promotion key]

Discount end date. The end time must be 00:01.
Example: "27.05.2023 00:01" (in this example the last day of the sales period is May 26th, 2023).

a_sale_period_code[channel sign][promotion key]

Code used to identify the promotional period.

It is possible to transfer information for multiple promotional periods in a single file. In that case, you need to indicate the individual periods with different keys. TB.One then always exports the prices which match the current date.

Uploading the Prices to TB.One

Upload the CSV file to the "in" directory using your account's FTP access. It will be processed during the next regular import.

Transfer of Sales Prices to the Channel

The price list has to be transferred to the channel before the promotional period starts. Make sure that TB.One can process your files on time.

It is possible to change prices during a promotion. In that case, the indicated starting date must be identical to the date on which the data are transmitted to the channel.

Exporting the Current Sales Prices to the Channel Manually

Export the prices to the channel at the start of the promotional period:
At "Channels > Laredoute.fr > Settings", go to the left navigation bar, select the tab "Pages" and the Page Action "Export current sales prices to the channel".

Downloading the Current Sales Prices

At "Channels > Laredoute.fr > Settings", you can find the option "Download current sales prices" on the tab "Pages" in the left navigation bar. Use it to check which promotional prices are currently stored for the channel.

Deleting Outdated Prices

To clean up the database and to avoid unnecessary exports to the channel, delete the price lists for past promotional periods. To do so, click on "Delete deprecated sales prices" on the tab "Pages" in the left navigation bar at "Channels > Laredoute.fr > Settings".
