To improve digital transparency for the OTTO WHSA model, use electronic delivery notes. Here's how to set them up:
1.Go to "Channels > Otto.de > Settings" and check whether there is a Global Location Number (GLN) stored in the field "Supplier's GLN".
2.If the GLN is missing, contact Tradebyte to have it added to your OTTO channel configuration.
3.Update your any third-party system you use to process orders to generate and export a delivery note number for every shipment.
4.Include this number in your dispatch advice messages (message type "SHIP") that you import in TB.One, using the key "otde_delivery_note_number".
