Description
The PSERR_118 error means that there is an error in the material composition. This often happens if the material composition contains decimal places. Zalando does not allow material compositions with decimals. Submitting articles with decimal values in the material composition will cause errors.
Articles are rejected because the sum of the material composition is not 100%. Please review the sum of material composition within the attribute. |
Solution
Material composition values must be whole numbers. Round them up or down to a whole number. It is crucial to ensure that the sum of all material compositions for a product equals 100%.
1.Go to "Channels > Zalando (main channel) > Value mapping".
2.In the middle column, select the Zalando properties where you have to map material composition percentages.
2.1.Identify any values containing decimal places and round them to whole numbers.
2.2.Ensure that the total sum of percentages adds up to 100%.
ATTENTION: •When rounding material composition values, ensure that the total adds up to 100%. If you round up or down without keeping this in mind, you may end up with totals of 99%, 101%, etc. •Check the category-specific value mapping in addition to the global mapping. Mappings on category level overwrite global mappings in that category. |
