To sell a product in a new category for the first time, you may first need to request this category directly at Zalando. Once approved, the category is transferred automatically to TB.One.
The Process for Updating Missing Data
Channel categories are received directly from Zalando. Once Zalando provides the new category, it is automatically transferred to TB.One within 72 hours.
•The Zalando data are automatically imported into TB.One once per day, Monday through Friday, around 1:00 PM (CET).
•You can expect the updated category to be available after this daily import.
How-To Check the Last Import Status
If you have contacted Zalando and are waiting for the data to appear in TB.One, you can use these steps to check when Zalando last provided data:
•Go to "Channels > Zalando (main channel) > Value Mapping".
•Scroll to the very bottom of the screen.
•Next to the Save button, check the timestamp labeled "Last classification import".
Troubleshooting
If the timestamp does not update within a few days after you have contacted Zalando or the properties/values are still missing, please follow up with them to confirm whether the updated Classification file has been sent to your TB.One account.
