How to Add a Missing Property or Value (e.g. Season) for Zalando

To add a missing category, property, or value (like season values or size grids) to your value mapping, you must contact Zalando directly. They control the source data, which is then automatically transferred to TB.One.

The Process for Updating Missing Data

Once Zalando provides new categories, attributes, or values, they are automatically transferred to TB.One within 72 hours.

•The Zalando data is automatically imported into TB.One once per day, Monday through Friday, around 1:00 PM (CET).

•You can expect the updated values to be available after this daily import.

How-To Check the Last Import Status

If you have contacted Zalando and are waiting for the data to appear in TB.One, you can use these steps to check when properties and values were last imported from Zalando:

1.Go to "Channels > Zalando (main channel) > Value Mapping".

2.Scroll to the very bottom of the screen.

3.Next to the Save button, check the timestamp labeled "Last classification import".

Troubleshooting

If the timestamp does not update within a few days after you have contacted Zalando or the properties/values are still missing, please follow up with them to confirm whether the updated Classification file has been sent to your TB.One account.
