How to Add a Missing Category, Property, or Value (e.g. Season) for Zalando

TIP:
To sell a product in a new category for the first time, you may first need to request this category directly at Zalando. Once approved, the category is transferred automatically to TB.One. A similar process applies for properties and values

Contact Zalando directly to add missing categories, properties, or values (such as season values or size grids) to your value mapping. Zalando manages this source data and transfers it to TB.One.

Data Update Schedule

•When Zalando adds categories, attributes, or values, the data transfers to TB.One within 72 hours.

•TB.One imports this data from Zalando once per day, Monday through Friday, around 1:00 PM (CET). Updated values are available after the daily import.

Check the Last Import Status

If you are waiting for data, verify when TB.One last imported these properties and values from Zalando:

1.Go to "Channels > Zalando (main channel) > Value Mapping".

2.Go to the bottom of the screen.

3.Next to "Save", check the timestamp for the "Last classification import".

Troubleshooting

If the timestamp does not update to reflect the latest import within a few days or data remains missing, contact Zalando. Confirm that they sent the updated classification file containing categories, attributes, and values to your TB.One.
