Product Availability Reports

Some channels provide Product Availability Reports (CSV). These files include the following columns:

Content

channel_name

The name of the associated retailer channel.

tb_product_id

Unique product ID assigned by TB.One.

tb_article_id

Unique article ID assigned by TB.One.

brand_product_number

The identifier you use to refer to the product.

brand_article_number

EAN-level identifier you use to refer to unique product variants (for example, a colour/size variant of a jacket).

brand_article_number2

Optional secondary EAN-level identifier used to refer to unique product variants.

ean

The European Article Number (a 13-digit number standard often used in barcodes).

brand_season

The season assigned to the article in TB.One. Currently, this information is not available in the feed.

status

The status of the article will show as:

For exported articles:
The article has been exported successfully.

For unexported articles:

oExport Blocked
The article has been blocked for export at product level.

oArticle Not Fully Activated
There is no export block at product level; the article is active at channel level, but the article-level activation is missing. This prevents export validation, which means that TB.One does not report errors to the SolutionCenter or export the article.

oAwaiting Export Validation
There is no export block at product level; the article has been activated correctly; there is no error message from the SolutionCenter and the article was not part of the most recent export.

oSolutionCenter Type
TB.One detected an error during export validation. An error message is available in the SolutionCenter. The message shown here is equivalent to the column "Type" in the SolutionCenter. Currently, only the type "Error" is exported to the dashboard.

status_group

The column "Status Group" adds more specific information about the status. If no additional information is available, the content of this column is identical to "status".

For exported articles:

oOnline
The article is online at the channel.

oBehind Retailer Stock
The retailer currently has stock of its own available for the article. Your stock will be sold once the retailer's own stock has run out.

oRetailer Out of Stock
The article is currently out of stock according to the retailer's report. No stock is available to the retailer.

oNo Retailer Status
The retailer has not sent a status for the article.

oNot Mapped
This status message was recently introduced by the retailer and has not been mapped to a status group yet.

For unexported articles:

oSolutionCenter Error Message
If the column "Status" contains the value "Error", the "Status Group" shows the error message from the SolutionCenter.

status_detail

Adds more specific information about the "status_group". If no additional information is available, the content of this column is identical to "status_group".

status_last_updated

For exported articles, the column "status_last_updated" shows when the retailer last provided a status report. If the retailer did not provide a status report, the date of the latest export is shown instead.

For unexported articles, the column shows:

When the status was generated in the SolutionCenter.

or

The date the dashboard data was last refreshed (for "Awaiting Export Validation", "Export Blocked" and "Article Not Fully Activated").

channel_latest_activation

Shows when the article's channel-specific activation state was last set to "active".

channel_latest_export

Shows when the article was last exported to the channel.

responsible_party

The party best suited to resolve the issue as determined by Tradebyte:

Supplier: You can resolve the issue yourself.

Channel: Involve the channel to resolve the issue.

Tradebyte - ADS: If you have booked Tradebyte Added Services, they will resolve the issue for you.

retailer_status_type

The type of status supplied by the retailer (only channels using Mirakl provide this information.)

retailer_status_code

The retailer's unique status code for the article.

retailer_status_description

The retailer’s status description includes the following items concatenated:

Status description

Status comment (if available)

Status solution (if available)

retailer_product_name

The product name stored in Zalando's system.

retailer_category

The category stored in Zalando's system.

retailer_season

The season stored in Zalando's system.

retailer_gender

The gender stored in Zalando's system.

retailer_age_group

The age group stored in Zalando's system.

retailer_product_line

The product number assigned by the retailer.

retailer_sku

The article number assigned by the retailer.

currency

The channel's currency information from TB.One (ISO 4217).

flag_pp

Status of the article in Zalando's partner program.

Zalando transfers the following values:

1 = The article was or is being sold by Zalando Wholesale.

2 = The article was never sold by Zalando Wholesale. Only Zalando partners are selling it.

Null = The value will be filled once the Zalando SKU has been created.

Fulfilment status of the article at ASOS.

ASOS transfers the following values:

Depth = Backfill

Width = Range extension

Unknown

retailer_status_timestamp

Shows when the retailer created the report. Time zone: UTC.
