Transmission via CSV import

ATTENTION:
Orders via Zalando will require you to propose a return code for your return label when transmitting dispatch advices. The goal of this measure is to make the returns process more transparent and to ensure the tracking of returned items.

With TB.One you can either submit the proposed return code manually by using the GUI of TB.One or via one of the standard interfaces. If you are using a custom interface, please contact your Tradebyte Key Account Manager to find out how to proceed.

If you use CSV to process order data, you can create dispatch advices on either the item or the order level. To create a dispatch advice on the item level, use the file "DESADV_POS_{timestamp}.csv". In this file, use the field "SHIP_CODE" for the tracking number and the field "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL" for the proposed return code.

If you would like to create a dispatch advice on the order level, you need to use the file
"DESADV_ORD_{timestamp}.csv". In this file, the fields for transmitting the tracking number and proposed return code are also called "SHIP_CODE" and "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL" respectively.
