ZFS Reports (ZEOS)

You will only receive these additional reports, if you have booked a ZFS channel via TB.One.

Stock Report

TIP:
This report only lists the ZFS warehouses. ZFS and ZEOS share the same stock, but the numbers are calculated differently. ZFS also shows stock that has already been reserved for an order, but has not been shipped yet.

The file contains stock data for all articles which are active for the respective channel at the time of export. A complete Stock Report is created daily at approximately 1 a.m.

TIP:
Stock Reports are named according to the following scheme:

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

a_nr

Article number.

This column is optional and has to be activated by Tradebyte.

ean

The article's EAN.

stock_location_id

ID of the Zalando warehouse.

stock_location_name

Name of the Zalando warehouse (often the city it is located in).

status

"OFFERABLE": Articles which are on the warehouse's shelves at the moment and are either available or reserved for shipping.

OR

"NON_OFFERABLE": Articles booked in the warehouse, which are currently not on one of the warehouse's shelves. This refers to articles that are currently being prepared for shipping or are being sent to a different Zalando warehouse.

amount

Number of articles which currently have the status listed in the "STATUS" column ("OFFERABLE" or "NON_OFFERABLE"); this field may contain the value "0".

Received Items Report

This report lists all articles sent to Zalando that have arrived at the channel's warehouses since the last Received Items Report. It is generated daily at approximately 3 a.m.

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

zalando_advice_id

The ID of the delivery note on which the article is listed.

ean

The article's EAN.

quality_label

A unique reference number for each article. Articles of the same type (same EAN/article number) still receive individual quality labels.

merchant_item_id

An item id specified by the merchant (if provided).

merchant_article_id

An article id specified by the merchant (if provided).

merchant_b2b_reference

A merchant-specific reference code (optional).

location_id

Location ID of the warehouse.

received_timestamp

Shows when the warehouse received the article (format: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"; UTC time).

Returned Items Report

This report lists all articles the channel has sent back to you from its warehouse. Information on the condition of the articles is also included in these reports (if available). Returned Items Reports are generated daily at approximately 2 a.m.

DESCRIPTION

quality_label

A unique reference number for each article. Articles of the same type (same EAN/article number) still receive individual quality labels.

ean

The article's EAN.

merchant_b2b_reference

A merchant-specific reference code (optional).

location_id

Location ID of the warehouse returning the article.

location_name

Name of the warehouse returning the article (often the city it is located in).

quality_category

Indicates the article's quality.

defect_levels

Indicates if/how badly an article is damaged.

zalando_shipment_number

The delivery tour with which the article is being returned.

city

City (part of the delivery address).

country_code

Country code (part of the delivery address).

first_name

First name (part of the delivery address).

last_name

Last name (part of the delivery address).

salutation

Salutation (part of the delivery address).

street

Street (part of the delivery address).

zip

Zip code (part of the delivery address).

received_timestamp

Indicates when the delivery was shipped (format: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"; UTC time).

consumed_timestamp

Indicates when the shipment was recorded in the channel's system (format: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"; UTC time).

Intra Community Movements Report

Intra Community Movements Reports list instances where the channel moves your articles between warehouses. This way, you always know where your articles currently are. You can also tell from the reports' contents when you need to make an Intrastat declaration (for example when an article was shipped to a foreign country).

The reports are named according to the following scheme:

In some cases, you may receive no report or the report may be empty, e.g., when your activation for the International Outbound on Zalando side is still missing.

CSV Configuration

The CSV file's character set, separator, and text qualifier are configured according to your settings in the section "CSV settings" at "Admin > Export > List Exports".

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

transaction_date

Date on which the articles were moved to a different warehouse.

product_sku

Shows the "Zalando Product Number" which contains parts of the article number from TB.One.

ean

The affected articles' EAN.

quantity

Number of articles of the respective EAN that were moved.

destination_stock_location_location_id

The target warehouse's ID.

destination_stock_location_name

The target warehouse's name.

destination_stock_location_country_code

The target warehouse's country code.

source_stock_location_location_id

The source warehouse's ID.

source_stock_location_name

The source warehouse's name.

source_stock_location_country_code

The source warehouse's country code.

order_number

The stock movement process's ID. This number is not related to the end customers' orders.

movement_type

Shows why the articles were moved to a different warehouse. The possible values this field may contain and their meanings are described in the table below.

The column "movement_type" may contain the following values:

DESCRIPTION

return_center_inbound

Customer returns via one of Zalando's "Return Centers" which arrived in a different country than the country of origin.

customer_return_inbound

Customer returns which arrived in a warehouse that is not in the country of origin.

automatic_relocation

Cross-border stock movements between warehouses which were triggered by algorithms to improve article availability across all markets.

customer_order_relocation

The item was moved to another country for consolidation but is not ultimately used for fulfilling the order. This may occur if the order is canceled by the customer in transit or another unit is sourced closer to the customer.
