Returned Items Report (ZFS)

This report lists all articles the channel has sent back to you from its warehouse. Information on the condition of the articles is also included in these reports (if available). Returned Items Reports are generated daily at approximately 2 a.m.

The reports are named according to the following scheme:

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

quality_label

A unique reference number for each article. Articles of the same type (same EAN/article number) still receive individual quality labels.

ean

The article's EAN.

merchant_b2b_reference

A merchant-specific reference code (optional).

location_id

Location ID of the warehouse returning the article.

location_name

Name of the warehouse returning the article (often the city it is located in).

quality_category

Indicates the article's quality.

defect_levels

Indicates if/how badly an article is damaged.

zalando_shipment_number

The delivery tour with which the article is being returned.

city

City (part of the delivery address).

country_code

Country code (part of the delivery address).

first_name

First name (part of the delivery address).

last_name

Last name (part of the delivery address).

salutation

Salutation (part of the delivery address).

street

Street (part of the delivery address).

zip

Zip code (part of the delivery address).

received_timestamp

Indicates when the delivery was shipped (format: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"; UTC time).

consumed_timestamp

Indicates when the shipment was recorded in the channel's system (format: "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss"; UTC time).
