Stock Report (ZFS)

The file contains stock data for all articles which are active for the respective channel at the time of export. A complete Stock Report is created daily at approximately 1 a.m.

TIP:
Stock Reports are named according to the following scheme:

[channel sign]_zfs_item_quantity_report_ddmmyyyy_hhmmss.csv

CSV Configuration:

CHARACTER SET	SEPARATOR	TEXT QUALIFIER
ANSI	Semicolon (;)	Quote (")

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
a_nr	Article number. This column is optional and has to be activated by Tradebyte.
ean	The article's EAN.
stock_location_id	ID of the Zalando warehouse.
stock_location_name	Name of the Zalando warehouse (often the city it is located in).
status	"OFFERABLE": Articles which are on the warehouse's shelves at the moment and are either available or reserved for shipping. OR "NON_OFFERABLE": Articles booked in the warehouse, which are currently not on one of the warehouse's shelves. This refers to articles that are currently being prepared for shipping or are being sent to a different Zalando warehouse.
amount	Number of articles which currently have the status listed in the "STATUS" column ("OFFERABLE" or "NON_OFFERABLE"); this field may contain the value "0".
