How to Access Archived Data?

TB.One stores data for 15 months. Older data is archived. To access archived data:

1.Contact Tradebyte support.

2.Clearly state the following in your request:

a.Date range for the data you require.

b.Sales channel (for example, Zalando, About You, etc.).

c.Specific data points required (if known).

d.Preferred format (CSV, JSON, or XML).

3.Our team will extract the archived records and provide them to you. Depending on the amount and complexity of the data, this may take up to 3 working days.
