How to Set Up Tracking for Hermes

You can connect your orders to Hermes shipment IDs. This allows you to click on "Track package" in the order details, to directly check the state of your shipment for the respective order.

Setting Up the Connection:

1.Go to “Basic Data > Shipping > Package types”.

2.Select your package type. The editing window opens.

3.Enter the Hermes tracking URL in the field “Channel Tracking URL”.

4.Make sure you include the placeholder for the shipment ID: “%code%”.

5.Save your changes.
