How to Delete Articles or Individual Pieces of Information?

During live business:

Do not delete information (such as components) or even entire articles without consulting Tradebyte!

If you need to adjust existing data, use translations or create new components.

If you no longer want to sell an article, deactivate it instead of deleting it.

ATTENTION:
Do not delete any products/articles or data during live business!

TIP:
If you must delete articles, contact Tradebyte Support.

Ensure that you are not currently offering products/articles you wish to delete on any marketplace and that you don't want to sell them again in the future.

Create a CSV file containing the article numbers of all articles you wish to delete and include it in your support request.

During Initial Integration:

While your account is in the brand readiness phase, you can delete information without contacting your Solution Delivery Manager.

To delete information via import: Go to "Admin > Import > Settings". Find the section "Delete content that is no longer delivered during import" and ensure that the checkbox for the information you want to delete is selected.
