If you observe a delay in your prices appearing on a channel, follow these troubleshooting steps:
•Verify Export Times: First, check the regular data exchange times for the specific channel on its channel sheet to confirm that sufficient time has passed for the export to occur.
•Check Export Logs: Review the export logs within TB.One ("Channels > [Your channel] > Article status") for any error messages related to price exports. These logs can often provide insights into why an export might have failed or been delayed. Not all marketplaces provide status messages.
•Channel-Side Validation: Be aware that marketplaces often have their own validation processes for incoming price data, which can sometimes introduce additional delays. You may want to consult the marketplace's own documentation or contact their support if the issue persists after confirming successful export from TB.One.
•Optional for Zalando: When activated, Zalando provides a daily Price Report in your TB.One "Output" directory. It lists recent price updates from today or the previous day and includes further information about prices being submitted, approved and/or rejected.
•Contact Tradebyte Support: If you have completed these steps and the prices are still not updating on the channel, reach out to the Tradebyte Support team for assistance.
