ATTENTION: Use the information in the report to identify returned articles by the quality label and assign them to the relevant orders. |
The Return Stock Movements Report contains all customer returns that were sent to your warehouse from a Zalando return center in the defined period of time, providing their current status (in process / shipped).
Frequency
You can choose between
•daily,
•weekly,
•and monthly reporting.
Irrespective of the reporting frequency, the reports are always generated at 6 a.m.
ATTENTION: The reports are provided with the CSV settings that you have set in TB.One under "Admin > Export > List exports". |
