You have two options for import your files. You can either use the menu "Data exchange > Directories > Input" or your SFTP access.
When you upload the file via the user interface, TB.One offers you a validator for the file's content. You can find the validator at "Data exchange > Validators > CSV". Here, you can upload one or more CSV files and check them for their formal validity by clicking the button "Upload & Validate". If TB.One encounters problems during the check, you will receive an error message which will indicate the cause of the error. More details on import errors can be found here.
If the files are valid, you may move them directly to the input directory.
