How to Solve the "Product Has No Valid Articles Left" error

Description

The message "Product has no valid articles left" means that none of the articles (variants) of the product can be exported to the connected channels.

This error does not mean the product doesn't have any articles. Instead, all of the product's articles have their own specific errors preventing the export. If no articles are valid for export, the product is considered to have "no valid articles left" for sale on your channels.

You must address the issues at the article level. This error will be resolved as soon as at least one of the product's articles is error-free and can be exported.

Solution

To efficiently resolve this error, focus on fixing the individual article errors.

1. Use the SolutionCenter to Analyze the Article Errors

Go to "Articles > SolutionCenter".

Switch to the "Error list" tab.

Use the filters to search for the affected product, using its product number or name. Alternatively you can individually search for the product's articles by their article numbers or EANs.

If you need to narrow down the results to pinpoint the exact errors you are looking for, filter for the affected channel.

Resolve the errors.

oThe SolutionCenter describes the error cause for each article.

oFocus on fixing the errors at the article level. Only articles that are error-free are exported to the channels.

TIP:
The SolutionCenter only shows the first error encountered for an article during export. When you fixed that error, another error may appear and block the export again. Re-check the articles for errors after you solved the initial issues.

ATTENTION:
It is not sufficient to mark errors as "Done" or "Hidden" without solving the underlying data issues. Doing this only hides the errors. They will reappear during the next export.

2. Account for Data Exchange Times

After you have fixed errors, articles will not go live instantly. Data transfer to the channels happens at scheduled times and the marketplaces may take a while to process the data.
