Can I Revert/Undo an Import in TB.One?

TB.One does not allow you to undo imports or restore your account to a previous state. However, a reverse PANDA file from a database backup can be requested to correct product and article data.

How to revert an import in TB.One using a Reverse PANDA file

While TB.One does not offer a direct "undo" button for imports, there is a way to revert and correct your product and article data using a reverse PANDA file. This article will guide you through the process and important considerations.

What is a Reverse PANDA file?

A reverse PANDA file is a file generated from a database backup that contains your product and article data. It allows you to correct any faulty product and article data imports and restore your information.

Important considerations

No Complete Account Reset: It's crucial to understand that using a reverse PANDA file will not reset your entire TB.One account to a previous state. This action only affects product and article data. Other data, such as orders, messages and price/stock updates, will remain as they are.

No Product and/or Article deletion: If you have accidentally added new products and/or articles due to your previous incorrect import, these cannot be deleted again by the Reverse PANDA. In this case, you would also have to delete the affected products and articles yourself or request an article deletion.

Image Management: Reverse PANDA files do not include images. If your faulty import involved image replacement or deletion, you will need to re-import those images separately after correcting your product and article data.

3.Verify and Correct: After the import, carefully review your product and article data to ensure it has been restored correctly. Make any necessary manual corrections.

4.Re-import Images (If Necessary): If you had image-related issues with the faulty import, re-import the correct images using the appropriate TB.One methods...
