Import Error 10132

Explanation

Channel or price list not found - Unknown import key. Check whether the channel signs or price list keys used as the import key is correct.

•If you are using a channel sign as the import key, compare the channel sign listed on your target channel's channel sheet.

•If you are using a price list import key, verify that you are using the correct import key for your target price list ("Articles > Price catalog").

•Adjust the import key in your CSV/XML file and re-start the import.

Note: This error may also occur if you recently removed a price list or terminated a channel without adjusting your import file.
