Explanation
Message not imported - The message did not import because the package type for the article is not active for the channel.
Solution
1. Sign in to your TB.One.
2. Go to "Basic data > Shipping > Package types".
3. Locate the import key from your file.
4. Make sure the import key exists and that the package type is active for your target channel.
5. Activate the package type or correct the import key in your message.
6. Try the import again.
