Explanation

Unable to import message - An attempt was made to import a message for an order that has already been withdrawn.

Solution

ATTENTION:
The status "withdrawn" is set by the channel. If you believe the order withdrawal was caused by another error, contact the channel directly!

1.Do not re-import the message. The order is withdrawn and cannot accept new ship/cancel/return messages.

2.Remove the affected order from your DESADV import file

3.Try the import again.
