Galeries Lafayette - How to Upload Sales Prices
Galeries Lafayette regularly offers discounts during limited-time sales promotions. Articles that are part of a sales promotion are advertised by the marketplace and receive a special ranking on Galeries Lafayette's website.
Participate in Galeries Lafayette sales promotions by uploading a CSV file containing promotional prices to TB.One.
ATTENTION: •Sales prices are not managed with the price catalog. •The details for start and end dates are kept in TB.One. They are not sent to the channel directly. •Only one promotional offer per article appears on Galeries Lafayette's marketplace website at a time. If promotion dates overlap, the offer with the most recent start date is displayed. |
CSV-Settings
Match your CSV file settings to "Admin > Import > Settings" (section "CSV Import"). The decimal separator must be period (.)
File Name
The naming follows the standard rules for files used to import article data into TB.One: "ARTICLE_<timestamp>.csv".
Structure of the CSV File

Column headers:
Most column headers must contain the channel sign ("glfr" for Galeries Lafayette) and the promotion key (see Fig.1). You can use any combination of characters for the promotion key, as long as it is unique.

To transfer data for multiple promotion periods in one file, assign a unique key to each period. TB.One automatically exports promotional prices that correspond to the current date to Galeries Lafayette.
Private Sales
Galeries Lafayette offers Private Sales for customers who have a Galeries Lafayette account and announces new promotions by email one month in advance.
To offer Private Sale discounts, prefix your promotion keys in the column headers with VP_ (see Fig.2).

Uploading to TB.One and Transfer to the Channel
1.Upload file: Send your CSV file to the "in" directory on your FTP server using your FTP credentials. TB.One processes the file during the next regular import.
2.Transfer time: Upload your CSV file to the FTP server before the promotion period starts and ensure TB.One has enough time to process your files.
3.Updating live prices during a promotion: To change prices during a promotion, ensure the start date matches the date you transfer promotional prices to Galeries Lafayette.
Managing Stored Sales Prices
In TB.One, go to "Channels > Galeries Lafayette > Settings" and select the "Pages" tab:
•Review Stored Prices: Select "Download current sales prices" to check active promotional prices. TB.One automatically exports promotional prices to Galeries Lafayette on its standard offer update schedule. Contact Tradebyte Support if you need an immediate manual update.
•Delete Past Prices: Select "Delete deprecated sales prices" to clean up previous price lists and avoid unnecessary exports of promotional prices from TB.One to Galeries Lafayette.
