What does this mean for you?
Your account will be automatically migrated to the new technical solution. You don’t need to do anything.
Maintain your product data, activate your on the Zalando main channel (zalandomain) and the corresponding country channels, and process your orders as usual.
What happens as a result of the technical decoupling of product and offer processes?
The most important points:
ATTENTION: Errors in the value mapping or and the removal of an existing mapping no longer cause an article that is already successfully listed on Zalando to go offline. The articles are blocked in the product data feed, but the offer is created, so the items remain online on Zalando. |
Ensuring the product data process:
•Always activate your items at the level of the new Zalando main channel to export items to Zalando.
•Thoroughly maintain your product data to export articles to Zalando for creation.
•The initial product data export is the (technical) prerequisite for transmitting offer data (inventory levels/prices) to the Zalando country channels.
•Deactivating items for the Zalando main channel only results in the removal of the article from the product feed.
•Stocks and prices will continue to be exported if articles are activated for a country channel.
•If errors occur (e.g., if a required field is removed from the product), TB.One will automatically remove the product from the product data feed and place a message in the error list as usual. Offer data remains unaffected.
•To remove an offer from Zalando, the article must be deactivated for the country-specific channels. Deactivating it on Zalandomain is not sufficient.
Ensuring the offer process:
•Activate your products at the country level and update prices to successfully export them to Zalando and go live.
•Deactivating products on any of Zalando’s country channels works as usual and results in an "offer block".

•Missing or incorrect prices result in an invalid offer.This causes TB.One to send an "offer block" to Zalando.
