TB.Print is Not Working

You have downloaded the desktop application "TB.Print", but are still not able to print documents?

TIP:
Download the TB.Print installer for Windows and Linux at "Admin > System settings > Printer".

1. Is TB.Print Active?

When you have correctly installed TB.Print on your system (admin rights required), the application starts automatically. When the application is running, the TB.Print icon is displayed in your operating system's task bar. In Windows, you can usually find it with the icons on the task bar's right side.

If TB.Print is not active and you cannot start it manually, check whether it was installed correctly.

2. Does the Operating System Support TB.Print?

Version 1.0.0 of TB.Print for Windows supports 32-bit and 64-bit systems. Newer versions only support 64-bit.

3. Are the Printers Correctly Configured in TB.Print?

Go to the task bar and right click on the TB.Print icon.

Select the menu item "Printers".

Ensure the column "Host" contains the correct IP address for each printer.

Ensure the column "Port" contains the correct port number for each printer. The default value "9100" is the standard setting that works for most printers.

TIP:
The following printers are available:

EPL Small: Printer for article labels.

EPL Large: Printer for shipping labels.

PCL Default: Printer for DIN A4 sheets (such as delivery notes, invoices, etc.)

4. TB.Print Produces PDF Files Instead of Printing Documents

o"Print invoice after 'Complete order' (tab 'Dispatch advices')"

o"Print credit note after 'Complete order' (tab 'Returns')"

Save your Settings
