How to Anonymize Order Data for GDPR Compliance (Individual Orders)

You can anonymize personal data included in orders to comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.Go to "Orders > Data privacy (GDPR)".

2.Use the filters (name, zip code, customer number, order number, street, place) to find the order you want to anonymize.

3.Select the checkbox next to the order. You can only select one order at a time.

4.Confirm that you really want to anonymize the order by entering the security code displayed at the bottom of the page in the field "Input".

5.Click on "Anonymize".

6.Confirm that you want to anonymize the order by selecting "Yes".

7.If the order is still open (it has not been fulfilled or canceled) you will have to confirm a second time.

You will find a log of the anonymization on the order's "Notes & History" tab.
