How to Anonymize Order Data for GDPR Compliance (Individual Orders)

To comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can anonymize personal data stored in your order data.

Anonymize order data step by step

1.Go to "Orders > Data privacy (GDPR)".

2.Use the filters ( such as name, zip code, customer number, order number, street, place) to find the order.

3.Select the checkbox next to the order. You can select one order at a time.

4.Enter the security code displayed at the bottom of the page into the "Input" field.

5.Click on "Anonymize".

6.Confirm that you want to anonymize the order by selecting "Yes".

7.Select "Yes" to confirm the action. If the order is open (not fulfilled or canceled), confirm a second time when prompted.

You can view the record of this process on the Notes & History tab of the order.

ATTENTION:
If an order is anonymized, all personal data is removed from it permanently. There is no way to undo this action.
