TB.One > Setup, Configuration & User Accounts > Order-Related Basic Data > Package Types
In TB.One, package types are managed at "Basic data > Shipping > Package types". In addition to the predefined package types, you can define your own types by selecting the tab "Pages" in the left navigation bar and clicking "Create new package type". In the editing window, use the first checkbox to activate the package type globally. Enter a name and - if you import your order data - an import key. The sequence in which the package types are organized in the list can be configured by entering values in the field "Sorting". Activate the box "DHL Parcel" if the package type refers to DHL packages. In this case, only twelve-digits ship codes are permitted, the check digit will be validated and the order will be linked to Track & Trace.
With the checkboxes in front of the channel names in the section below, you can activate the package types on the respective channels. A sub-menu will open for each channel. Here, you can select a delivery agency and a key (which values should be used depends on the channel; the channel-specific information can be found in the section "Channel documentations" in this knowledge base).
The circles in front of the package type designations show, whether a package type is active (green) or not (gray).
