TB.One > Import & Export > Master Data Import via TB.Cat/XML > Full and Delta Imports
An import file can contain all products ("full") or only altered products "delta".

ATTENTION: To deactivate articles for all channels, provide the information <A_ACTIVE>0</A_ACTIVE> at the article (TB.Cat 1.2 and 1.4). If you are using TB.Cat 1.4, you can deactivate articles for individual channels. To do so, provide <A_ACTIVEDATA><A_ACTIVE channel=CHID>0</A_ACTIVE></A_ACTIVEDATA>. Articles that are not included in the file are not affected. If you are providing delta loads, you should not activate the checkbox "Disable all items before import" at "Admin > Import > Settings", otherwise only the articles which are part of the latest delta import will be active. |
You can configure TB.One so that any product information that is no longer included in the import file (such as attributes or images) will be deleted. This does not mean, that entire products which are not included in the file are deleted. The feature only affects products that exist in the import file. If the corresponding checkbox at "Admin > Import > Settings" is active, the following is valid:
•Products which are not part of the import file are not affected
•To delete e.g. a component, the product must contain the node <P_COMPONENTDATA>. The node itself must only contain the components that remain valid.
Import the respective TB.Cat into TB.One's "in" directory via SFTP.
