PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

New to TB.One? Our webinars help you find your way around the software.

The channel provides a test system (sandbox). While you're in the integration phase, use it to check how your content will look.

Set up an account at the channel and go through the KYC process.

Make sure the brands are available in the Allegro taxonomy, if some are missing, please request the brands well ahead.

Provide your product data in Polish.

Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

Do not send TEST product data or offers to the live system. Allegro does not have ‘moderation’ or an ‘additional publishing step’ - all data sent to the live system is published immediately and the seller bears full responsibility.

Setting up more then one delivery, warranty or return option, this is not supported.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Allegro. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

The length of the product designation is limited to 70 characters.

TIP:

split in common noun and proper name possible

adding sizes and colors to titles is recommended

The title must have a minimum of 12 characters

D-02: Special text

Allegro does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The length of the product description is limited to 40,000 characters.

D-04: Components

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Components" in the article "Product Description".

D-05: Attributes

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Attributes" in the article "Product Description".

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following shipping information:

Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm) (optional)

E-03: Variant dimensions

Variants from TB.One are not supported. Allegro will create variants automatically based on provided meta-data. Adding more details via mapping, even if fields are not required is recommended

F-01: Media

Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

Number: min. 1 product image, max. 16 article images

Size: min. 500 px width, max. 2,560 x 2,560 px

Resolution: up to 26 Megapixel

Assign the export key ‘PRODUCT’ to the product image

Assign the export key ‘OFFER’ to the article images

Other: white background.

G-01: Carrier

Use a carrier of your choice

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Allegro.

G-03: Invoice

TB.One will print invoices that comply with the channel's requirements. Include them in your packages.

 

G-04: Proposed return code

You don't have to send return codes to the channel with your dispatch advices.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

G-06: Refund deduction

At Allegro you always reimburse customers for returned articles in full. If you have complaints about the condition of a returned article, consult the channel directly.

G-07: Return causes

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" .

Allegro does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Allegro does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Allegro.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Channels > Allegro.xy > Categories".
Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for Allegro. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

X-05: Pending orders

Allegro does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on item level.

X-07: Commission group

Allegro does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Allegro will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Allegro does not provide error and status messages.

X-10: Templates

At Allegro you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Allegro.

X-12: Product text profile

You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed).

Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile.

Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create".

Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description.

Go to "Channels > Allegro.xy > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts".

Select the option "Use configurable product text".

Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile.

In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use.

If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

Allegro does not display cross prices.

Regard the special requirement in how to display discounts for Allegro.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

How to display discounts at  Allegro

When you update a price, Allegro checks the last 30 days. If your new price is the lowest in that period:

The article is marked as discounted.

For comparison, the previous lowest price from the last 30 days and the percentage saved are displayed to customers.

If your discount meets a specific set of requirements defined by Allegro, the marketplace additionally marks your article with a "Deal Badge".

Participating in Allegro promotional campaigns

While TB.One does not directly support Allegro campaigns, it is still possible to participate.

Configure Allegro campaigns in the Allegro Sales Center.

If you discount article prices for an Allegro campaign, the discounts are not overwritten by TB.One.

ATTENTION:

Ultimately, Allegro decides whether you are eligible to participate in one of their campaigns.

Do not change an articles's price in TB.One while it is part of an ongoing Allegro promotional campaign.
