Send your supplier/access data for the channel to your Solution Delivery Manager at Tradebyte.

Provide your product data in English.

Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Debenhams. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

The length of the product designation is limited to 70 characters.

TIP:
Configure the designation via the title profile. It must not contain the brand name, the target group's gender, or special characters. It must be in British English.

D-02: Special text

Debenhams does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The length of the product description is limited to 1500 characters.

D-04: Components

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Components" in the article "Product Description".

At minimum, assign an attribute or a component to each of the channel properties marked as "mandatory" in the value mapping menu; unassigned components and attributes are not transmitted to the channel.

D-05: Attributes

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Attributes" in the article "Product Description".

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

F-01: Media

Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

Number: min. 2 article images

Size: at minimum 1000 x 1500 pixels for main images; 120 x 120 pixels for the swatch

Resolution: 300 dpi (main image), 150 dpi (swatch)

Article in front of white or gray background and swatch (small detail image showcasing the fabric)

ATTENTION:
Assign channel-specific export keys to the media types you use for Debenhams at "Basic data > Properties > Media types". Choose a media type from the list. An editing menu will open to the right. Scroll down to the section "Debenhams (main channel)" and assign the export keys "FRONT", "DETAIL", "BACK", and "SWATCH".

G-01: Carrier

Ship with on of the following: FedEx, Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, UPS, DHL, Metapack, Fragilistics, Parcel Force, EVRI, ITDGlobal, DPD UK, FDL

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Debenhams.

G-03: Invoice

It is not possible to print invoices. Payments and invoicing are managed by the channel.

G-04: Proposed return code

You don't have to send return codes to the channel with your dispatch advices.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

G-06: Refund deduction

At Debenhams you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" .

Debenhams does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Debenhams does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Debenhams.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Channels > Debenhams (main channel) > Categories".
Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for Debenhams. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

X-05: Pending orders

Debenhams does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on item level.

X-07: Commission group

Debenhams does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Debenhams will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Debenhams (main channel) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At Debenhams you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Debenhams.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Debenhams.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

Debenhams does not display cross prices.
