Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

 

ATTENTION: Connect to the channel's account!

1.Go to "Channels > Maisonsdumonde (Hauptkanal) > Settings", stay on the tab "System settings", and find the section "Basic settings".

2.Click the button "Login with Mirakl" to open the entry mask. Enter your Mirakl SSO access data and log in.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Maisons du Monde. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

The length of the product designation is not limited.

Use the channel's title profile.

The title configurator is available.

The product designation can be split into common noun and proper name.

D-02: Special text

Maisons du Monde does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The length of the product description is not limited.

Refer to the channel's editorial guidelines for your product descriptions.

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

Article number

EAN (13-digit)

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following mandatory shipping information:

Country of origin and Intrastat category

Weight - Mandatory for certain categories of product

The shipping information below is optional or recommended:

Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm) - Recommended

Number of packing pieces

E-03: Variant dimensions

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

Variant creation via size and color.

For certain categories, dimensions (width, length or height) may be used to create variants as well.

Maisons du Monde does not limit the number of variant dimensions.

F-01: Media

Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

Number: Min. 1 product image

Size: Min. 750x750 px

Resolution: 300 DPI

Use square format

Add a margin (approximately 100px) on each side of your images to avoid size variations once live

Follow the requirements provided in the channel's editorial guidelines

G-01: Carrier

Use a carrier of your choice.

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Maisons du Monde.

Delivery notes are optional.

G-03: Invoice

Invoices are optional for Maisons du Monde.

G-04: Proposed return code

You don't have to send return codes to the channel with your dispatch advices.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

Delivery note, invoice, return label (all optional)

G-06: Refund deduction

At Maisons du Monde you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

Maisons du Monde does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Maisons du Monde does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Maisons du Monde.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map values at the global level for Maisons du Monde.

X-05: Pending orders

Maisons du Monde does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on article level.

X-07: Commission group

Maisons du Monde does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Maisons du Monde will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Maisonsdumonde (Hauptkanal) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At Maisons du Monde you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Maisons du Monde.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Maisons du Monde.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for Maisons du Monde by filling in the field Former RP.
