PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

•The channel provides a test system (sandbox). While you're in the integration phase, use it to check how your content will look.
•Send your supplier/access data for the channel to your Solution Delivery Manager at Tradebyte.
•Provide your product data in French.
•Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

PFAS is commonly used in waterproof or stain-resistant finishes and cosmetics, please audit your articles on French platforms to ensure they are compliant. |

B-01: Payments |
Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods". Payments are managed by Rakuten.fr. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key. |

The length of the product designation is limited to 200 characters. |

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable". Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories. |

X-12: Product text profile |
You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed). ▪Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile. ▪Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create". ▪Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description. ▪Go to "Channels > Rakuten.fr > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts". ▪Select the option "Use configurable product text". ▪Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile. ▪In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use. ▪If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below.

Rakuten.fr does not display cross prices. |
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
•Shipping costs are configured in the marketplace's backend and then imported to TB.One once. When configuring the shipping costs, ensure that the shipping cost for each order is only billed once and in full. Configurations like "first article € 6.90, each additional article € 2.00" are not supported by TB.One. Partial cancellations of shipping costs at item level are also not possible.
•Indicate package sizes and weight in the marketplaces's backend system.
•Rakuten.fr requires additional information about the shipping of your orders. To do so, access your channel-specific system settings via "Channels > Rakuten.fr > Settings". Contact your Solution Delivery Manager before you begin processing orders to verify these settings:
▪Default ship country (mandatory!): Enter the country where the warehouse is located, from which you ship the goods to the end customer. For example, if you ship from a warehouse in Germany, you must enter Germany.
▪Default import country (optional): Specify the country from where you import your items to the EU. The decisive factor is not the manufacturing country from which your are importing, but where the item first reached the EU.
▪In the section "Comment", you can enter a text that will be displayed for your products in the online shop. If you would like to leave a general comment for all products, you can do this in the "Hint about/from seller" text box. If you want to display product-specific comments, select an attribute from the drop-down menu "Use attribute as comment", and select a component or an attribute you will use to add comments.
•Before exporting data to Rakuten.fr for the first time, check your product data again thoroughly. After Rakuten.fr has registered the product data in its system, a change is only possible via a separate request. Only the dynamic data such as prices and stock are updated via TB.One.
