Check Data Quality (Marketplace Integration)

Finalize the data preparation by checking the data quality.

TB.One offers several options to check the data quality for the export to a channel:

Filtering the article list:
Use the filter options in the article list (“Articles > Article list”) when creating data. Filter by specific criteria, for example, to see all articles that have been enabled for a channel. Find information about the article list’s filter options here.

Tradebyte SolutionCenter:
Access the SolutionCenter via “Articles > SolutionCenter” or https://solutioncenter.tradebyte.com in order to:
- get an overview of all instances where the export of products or articles to a channel failed.
- resolve product and article errors step-by-step.

Channel-specific option for checking the data quality:
Some channels provide error and status messages that go beyond the technical checks TB.One runs. To find out whether your channel provides error/status messages, check “X-09: Error and Status Messages” on your Channel Sheet.

Channel-specific data exchange times:
The timing and frequency of data exchanges with the channels vary from channel to channel. Find them under “Data Exchange Times” on your Channel Sheet.

Once you have finished preparing and verifying your data, contact your Solution Delivery Manager to proceed with the go-live.

TIP:
Check your data regularly, even after the go-live! We recommend that you check for gaps in your general and channel-specific data preparation daily.
