TB.One > Product and Article Data > Data Quality & Error Management > Article List Filters
In particular after you set up your master data for the first time, but also before the GoLive of any new channel, you should use the article list under "Articles > Article list" and the various available filters to find and close any data gaps.

The article list filters are cumulative, i.e. each set filter reduces the list by another criterion. We recommend the following filter settings:
If required, set the filter "distribution channel" (first row, second filter) to a specific channel and, optionally, set the filter "Active" to "only activated articles" or "only activated, inventory > 0". Then select one additional criterion, such as:

Filter = "Included in last export (distribution channel)" |
Based on the selected distribution channel, the list is filtered for products that were successfully exported during the most recent export. |
Click "Export current list", to export the filtered article list as an XLS, XLSX or CSV file. The file format can be chosen at "Admin > Export > List exports". If the file would contain more than 1,000 lines and/or 255 columns, it will (for technical reasons) automatically be exported as a CSV. Exported files can be found at "Data exchange > Directories > Archive".
