Explanation
Either the common noun or the proper name is missing in your import file. Both must be provided because of the configuration set at "Admin > System settings > User Interface".
Solution
Include common noun ("p_name_keyword") and proper name ("p_name_proper") in your import file. Provide both columns (CSV) or nodes (XML) in the file and re-start the import.
