Why are Images Missing on a Marketplace

If your product images aren't fully appearing on your target channel, it usually happens for one of two reasons:

The image is missing from TB.One entirely.

The image's assigned media type is blocked for that specific channel.

How to Check Your Image Export Configuration

To ensure your images are correctly configured for export, follow these steps:

Open the product in TB.One.

Open the Media tab for the product.

Use the filter for channel and select the affected channel.

(Optional) Set the Article filter to the specific article, such as a particular color or size.

You are now viewing all images currently included in the export for this article to the selected channel.

Resolve Missing Images or Approvals

If the desired image is not visible after applying the filters above, it indicates the image is either not in TB.One or is not configured for export. You can proceed with one of the following steps:

Scenario 1: The Image is Not Present in TB.One

1.Remove the filter for the channel. Then you will see all images for this article again, regardless of the channel.

2.If the required/desired image is still not displayed, it means the image is not available in TB.One. You must upload it either manually in the user interface (UI) or usingyour standard import process.

Scenario 2: The Image is Present but Not Approved for Export

1.If the required image is displayed after removing the channel filter (Step 1 above), note its corresponding Media Type (such as ‘Main Image', 'Back View', 'Front View’).

2.Go to "Basic data > Properties > Media types".

3.Check if this specific media type is approved for export to the affected channel.

4.If the media type is currently blocked, remove the export block so that the image is included in the export to the channel.

Final Check and Confirm your Updates

Check whether the image is now part of the export to the channel. To do this, apply the Distribution channel filter in the Media tab of the product. If the image appears, you have successfully configured the export!

ATTENTION: Zalando Content Freeze

If you are working with the Zalando channel, please be aware of a specific behavior after product onboarding.

As soon as Zalando has processed your product and article data on their side and the product is successfully onboarded, a so-called content freeze takes place. Changes made subsequently to existing content such as images will then no longer be implemented on Zalando.

If you want to change existing or add additional images after the content freeze, first ensure the new or updated image is present in TB.One and approved for export to Zalando. After the data is eligible for export, please reach out to Zalando directly for assistance.
