Description
This is an Douglas-specific error message in the article data. At Douglas, it is mandatory to indicate base prices for all articles.
Solution
Enter a base price and the unit of measure for the affected article.
•Check on article level in tab "Article data", right below the "Price data" section if you entered a base price and quantity in values.

A base price unit is missing?
•Go to "Basic data > Prices > Units" to check if the unit you need exists.
•Create any missing units and enter the Douglas keys for them.
•Configure the base prices using the new units at "Basic data > Prices > Base prices".
TIP: If you wish to use other units, please request that the channel include them. •The unit "pieces" is typically used for jewelry and accessories. •"ml" and "g" are primarily used for beauty products (e.g., perfume and lipstick). •Alternatively, "l" or "kg" can be used, but these units are uncommon. •The units "m", "cm", and "pair" are currently not used. Export Keys for Base Prices •The channel-specific export key for base price units with quantities up to $250 g/ml is "100". •For higher quantities, the export key "1000" must be used. •The unit "pieces" requires the export key "1". In general, the channel only accepts the following export keys for base prices: "1", "10", "100", and "1000". |
