TB.One > Product and Article Data > Product-Related Basic Data > Creating Service Logos
Service logos can be created manually or via import. If you choose to add them via import, check the import settings at "Admin > Import > Settings". Especially the sections "Delete content no longer provided in the import" and "Create import keys from import file automatically" are important.
Service logos are graphical representations of information such as warranties and instructions regarding care or use. In the shop, they are displayed as small icons in the product details.
CREATING SERVICE LOGOS MANUALLY
The logos have to be configured in TB.One before they can be assigned to products. The corresponding menu is located at "Basic data > Properties > Service logos". Select the tab "Pages" in the left navigation bar and click on "Create new logo".
When creating new logos, enter a designation and an import key in the editing window on the right. Submit the channel-specific key(s) (provided by the channels) and a channel-specific designation where necessary. The channel will then automatically display the correct logo. If you want to export service logos to your own web store, click "Browse" to upload a logo. Save your settings.
