How to Provide Intrastat Numbers

Provide Intrastat numbers using the same method you use for the rest of your product and article data.

TIP:
Before you can assign Intrastat numbers to articles, you must create them. Check this guide for creating Intrastat numbers.

Assigning Intrastat Numbers in the Graphical User Interface

1.Go to "Articles > Article list" and open your article.

2.On the tab "Article data", go to the section "Dimensions"

3.Enter the Intrastat number in the field "Intrastat category".

4.Save your settings.

TIP:
You can provide Intrastat numbers for multiple articles at the same time:

A) Assignment using Clusters

1.Go to "Basic Data > Classification > Cluster".

2.Open the cluster where you want to add the Intrastat number.

3.Switch to the tab "Article data"

4.Enter the Intrastat number in the field "Intrastat category".

5.Save the cluster.

6.In the left sidebar, select the "Repeat assignment run" page action.

B) Assignment using the article list bulk editing

1.Go to "Articles > Article list".

2.Filter the list. The list must only contain articles that need the same Intrastat number.

3.In the left sidebar, select the "Bulk editing" page action.

4.Open the section "Shipping".

5.Select the checkbox for "Assign Intrastat category".

6.Select the correct Intrastat category.

7.Select "Apply changes".

Assigning Intrastat numbers through XML Import

If you import product data catalogs via XML, provide the Intrastat number in the node "A_TRADESTAT_NR".

Assigning Intrastat numbers through CSV Import

If you import product data catalogs via CSV, provide Intrastat numbers for your articles in the column "a_intrastat".
