How to Provide Intrastat Numbers

Provide Intrastat numbers using the same method you use for the rest of your product and article data.

Providing Intrastat Numbers via TB.One's Graphical User Interface

•Go to "Articles > Article list" and open your article.

•On the tab "Article data", scroll down to the section "Dimensions"

•Enter the Intrastat number in the field "Intrastat category".

•Save your settings.

TIP:
You can provide Intrastat numbers for multiple articles at the same time:

A) Assignment via Cluster

•Go to "Basic Data > Classification > Clusters".

•Open the cluster where you want to add the Intrastat number.

•Switch to the tab "Article data"

•Enter the Intrastat number in the field "Intrastat category".

•Save the cluster.

•In the left sidebar, select the "Repeat assignment run" page action.

B) Assignment via article list bulk editing

•Go to "Basic data > Properties > Intrastat categories".

•In the left sidebar, select "Create new entry".

•Enter the Intrastat number and choose a designation for it.

•Save.

•Go to "Articles > Article list".

•Filter the list. The list must only contain articles that need the same Intrastat number.

•In the left sidebar, select the "Bulk editing" page action.

•Open the section "Shipping".

•Select the checkbox for "Assign Intrastat category".

•Select the correct Intrastat category.

•Select "Apply changes".

Providing Intrastat numbers via XML Import

If you import product data catalogs via XML, provide the Intrastat number in the node "A_TRADESTAT_NR".

Providing Intrastat numbers via CSV Import

If you import product data catalogs via CSV, provide Intrastat numbers for your articles in the column "a_intrastat".
