TB.One > Setup, Configuration & User Accounts > Order-Related Basic Data > Shipping/Return Number Ranges

Shipping/Return Number Ranges

Admins can create the access data for dispatch interfaces at "Basic data > Shipping > Number ranges". Order-related data from the dispatch interface will then be retrieved and added to your order data.

The tab "Usage" shows the ongoing processes. It lets you view and, if necessary, manage the retrieved data. On this tab, you can see which code was used for which order, what the current status of the order is, and when the entry was created. You may search for an ID code or an order ID and filter by status. Use the checkboxes on the left to select the individual codes and mark them as cleared or cancel them.

In the list of number ranges on the left, it is possible to filter by name (input field "Designation") and by type (drop-down list).

To create a new number range, select the tab "Pages" in the left navigation bar and click on "New number range".

ATTENTION:
If the login data for your dispatch interface changes, you need to make the corresponding adjustments in TB.One immediately. The respective settings can be accessed at "Basic data > Shipping > Number ranges".
