How to Confirm/Sign Contracts

TIP:

Before you start, check your user permissions: Only the default user roles "Administrator" and "All rights except user management" can open the "Contracts" menu.
Custom roles can access the menu if they have the permission "Contract documents".

Step 1: Retrieve the Master PIN

TIP:
This step is only necessary if this is the first contract you sign digitally in TB.One.

Tradebyte sends an automatic email to the person authorized to sign contracts.

Follow the link in the email to open the authentication page.

Check the data on the page.

oIf there are any mistakes, click "decline". This notifies our Tradebyte team to correct the information before you proceed

oIf the data is correct, click "confirm".

After confirmation, your Master-PIN is displayed. Store it securely and do not hand it over to third parties.

 

The Master-PIN is now active and you can use it to sign your contracts digitally.

Step 2: Confirm the Contract in TB.One

Once you have your Master PIN, you can finalize your contract.
You can find your contracts under "My Account > Contracts".

TIP:
You can save copies for your records by selecting the checkboxes and clicking "Download".

Select a contract.

Select "Confirm".

The contract appears.

Read the contract carefully and go to the end of the document.

Enter your Master PIN.

Click "Confirm".

You have now digitally signed the contract.
