At "Admin > User > Mailing lists" you can define recipients for several types of informational mailings. If required, discuss other types of mailing lists with your Tradebyte Integration Manager.
Use the arrows button on the left to display a list of all email addresses saved during the creation of user accounts. With the "+" button, you can add rows in order to send your reports to multiple recipients. If possible, choose a recipient for each mailing list and save your settings. You can also choose the preferred language for the emails.
Add an email address in the field "Accounting information" if you want to be notified whenever new accounting information is available.
For incoming orders, you can adjust the type of order (pending/non-pending) and frequency of the notification at "Admin > System settings > Order processing".

Monthly report |
A PDF report detailing the last month's sales on all booked distribution channels. |
Import errors |
If errors occur during a data import, error messages are sent to the addresses listed here. |
Incoming orders |
Addresses listed here are regularly notified about new orders that have come in. To choose how often these emails are sent, go to "Admin > System settings > Order processing", section "Email notification at order reception". |
Technical contact |
Here you can enter the email addresses of persons in your company that Tradebyte may contact in case of technical issues. Currently, this mailing list is not used to automatically send emails. |
General information |
Here you can enter the email addresses of persons in your company that Tradebyte may contact regarding non-technical topics. Currently, this mailing list is not used to automatically send emails. |
Export errors |
If an error occurs during order export, an email is sent to the addresses listed here. The email contains the error message, the order number, and the order ID. |
Added Services - only with Managed Account |
If you have booked the Managed Account Service, TB.One sends monthly reports about the article export status by channel and country to all addresses listed here. |
Accounting information |
In the past, this mailing list was used to send invoices for the usage of TB.One. The list is now obsolete, as the invoices are automatically sent to all TB.One users who were assigned the user role "Finance". |
