ATTENTION: Connect to the channel's account!

1.Navigate to "Channels > BestSecret (main channel) > Settings", stay on the tab "System settings", and find the section "Basic settings".

2.Click on the button "Login with Mirakl" to open the entry mask. Enter your Mirakl SSO access data and log in.

TIP:
Maintain the same warehouse for all country channels. The stock maintained for BestSecret DE will be used for all country channels.

ATTENTION: Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) prohibited in France
The sale of products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) is prohibited in France since the 1st of January of 2026. PFAS is commonly used in waterproof or stain-resistant finishes and cosmetics, please audit your articles on French platforms to ensure they are compliant.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by BestSecret. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

•The length of the product designation is not limited.

•Do not split the designation into common noun and proper name.

•Title profile not available.

D-02: Special text

BestSecret does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The length of the product description is not limited.

D-04: Components

The following components are mandatory at BestSecret:

•Variant-forming components (color and size)

•Product properties required for the value mapping

D-05: Attributes

The following attributes are mandatory at BestSecret:

•Product properties required for the value mapping

Always comply with the channel's requirements.

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

•Article number

•EAN (13-digit)

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following mandatory shipping information:

•Package type

•Shipping type

•Weight (in kg) - Assignment in the value mapping via the channel property "Net Weight Gram"

•Country of origin and Intrastat category

•Delivery time : max. 4 days

The shipping information below is optional:

•Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm) - Recommended

•Number of packing pieces

E-03: Variant dimensions

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

•Use size and color only

•Maximum 2 variant dimensions possible

F-01: Media

•Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

•Number: Min. 1 product image that is used as the first article image; min. 2 to max. 9 article images

•Size: Width min. 970 px; height min. 1,182 px

•Resolution: 72 DPI

•Width/height aspect ratio must be 1:1.22

G-01: Carrier

•Depending on the country channel, assign it under "Basic Data > Shipping > Package types".

•Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for BestSecret.

G-03: Invoice

You don't need to print invoices for BestSecret. The channel sends the invoices to the customers. Print invoices for your own records only.

G-04: Proposed return code

Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label.

To that end, do one of the following:

a)configure a number range in TB.One.

b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL").

c)manually enter return codes during order processing.
Activate the required input field in the menu "Admin > System settings > Order processing" under "Manual input Return code proposal". The field ("Ret.-Code Prop.") will then be displayed for each order on the tab "Delivery & Cancellation".

G-06: Refund deduction

At BestSecret you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

BestSecret does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

BestSecret does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at BestSecret.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

Specific requirements apply to category assignments for BestSecret. Read this section for more information.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for BestSecret. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

The following values are mandatory for the value mapping:

•Standard components/attributes (colour, material, season, target group, gender, ...)

•All channel properties/values marked as mandatory in the value mapping

•Net weight of each of your article: assign your values to the channel property  "Net Weight Gram"

X-05: Pending orders

BestSecret does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on item level.

X-07: Commission group

BestSecret does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

BestSecret will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > BestSecret (main channel) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At BestSecret you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for BestSecret.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for BestSecret.

X-13: Title profile

Title profiles cannot be used for BestSecret.

X-14: Cross prices

BestSecret does not display cross prices.

Article prices

Prices must be identical for all articles of a product

Prices for countries using EUR currency

Maintain one price for all countries using EUR currency

Prices for countries using non-EUR currencies (BestSecret CH, CZ, PL, RO and SE)

BestSecret does not convert prices, but accepts transmitted prices

Retail gross price

Retail gross prices must be provided in EUR or in the country channel's currency

VAT rates

Check VAT rates and adjust them if necessary. By default, the tax rate defined as “regular” for each country channel is used.
