B-01: Payments |
Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods". Payments are managed by CHECK24.de. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key. The payment type for the channel is called "CHECK24.de", the corresponding export key is "chde" and the method type is "standard". You can view it at "Basic data > Payment > Payment types", but you do not need to configure anything yourself. |

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions: •At CHECK24.de, variants for Fashion + Shoes are created based on color and size. These two variant dimensions are required for all items in these categories. •There are no requirements for variant creation for Furniture + Toys. •Under “Basic Data > Properties > Components,” enter a CHECK24.de key and, if applicable, a channel-specific name for the variant-forming components. To do this, click on the corresponding components in the list, locate the “CHECK24.de Assignment” section on the right in the editing area, and enter a key. As a rule, you can simply use the component’s name, provided it is specified in German. Don’t forget to save the setting. |

•Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg. •Number: min. 1 article image •Size: no size requirement •Resolution: no DPI requirement •PDF is not supported •CHECK24.de does not process product images. TB.One therefore exports your product images to the channel as item images. It is not possible to print invoices. Payments and invoicing are managed by the channel. The billing address in the order details is therefore only a placeholder. |

G-04: Proposed return code |
Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label. To that end, do one of the following: a)configure a number range in TB.One. b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL"). c)manually enter return codes during order processing.

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable". Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed). ▪Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile. ▪Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create". ▪Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description. ▪Go to "Channels > CHECK24.de > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts". ▪Select the option "Use configurable product text". ▪Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile. ▪In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use. ▪If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below. |

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Brands on CHECK24.DE
•Brand control ist always for CHECK24.de.
•To sell on CHECK24.de, you must specify a channel-specific key for all brands used. To do this, open the “Basic Data > Properties > Brands” menu and click on the relevant brands one by one in the list. Whenever you select a brand, an editing area opens on the right. There, you can specify the key in the “CHECK24.de Assignment” section. Articles are only transferred to CHECK24.de if a brand with a channel-specific key is assigned to the parent product.
Order numbers on CHECK24.de
•The channel transmits two numbers along with the order:
