•Send your supplier/access data for the channel to your Solution Delivery Manager at Tradebyte.
•Provide your product data in German.
•Provide the brand designations and export keys as defined by neckermann.at.
•Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).
•At neckermann.at you can create links between your products. These links will be shown in the shop (for example as an upselling option). Click here to learn how to create and configure links between products.

B-01: Payments |
Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods". Payments are managed by neckermann.at. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key. |

The length of the product designation is not limited. Split the designation common and proper noun. |

D-05: Attributes |
The following attributes are mandatory at neckermann.at: •Subject Group (Sachgebiet) At neckermann.at it is mandatory to provide a Subject group (Sachgebiet). To do this, assign one of the components maintained in TB.One to the channel's attribute "Segment" during the value mapping. 1. Create an attribute called "Subject group", "Sachgebiet" or similar at "Basic data > Properties > Attributes". You only need to fill the fields under "Assignment" if the standard language for your product data is not German. 2. Switch to the tab "Attribute values" to create a value list which covers all of the channel's subject groups you require. Which designations you choose for the values is up to you. Alternatively, you may import all this information via the product catalogue if you have activated the automatic creation of attributes via import at "Admin > Import > Settings". Each of the products exported to the channel has to be assigned the new attribute and one of the corresponding values. This, too, can either be done manually or via import. |

To configure commission groups: 1.Go to "Channels > neckermann.at > Commission group" to set up the commission groups you agreed upon in your contract with the channel. 2.Assign commission groups to your articles. You have tree options: a.Click on an article number in the article list ("Articles > Article list"). On the tab "Article data" you'll find drop-down menus for the commission groups. b.If the commission group is identical for all of a product's articles, you can assign it to the corresponding "Master article" instead. c.If a single commission group is valid for all of a channel's articles, assign it globally at "Admin > Default values". |

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Deliveries using the cross-dock model and the enterprise model:
•In the crossdock model, you ship to neckermann.at's central warehouse. Discuss details of the shipping process with your contact at neckermann.at.
•In the enterprise model, you ship directly to the customer. Discuss details of the shipping process with your contact at neckermann.at. As an example, the bypass model (one of the enterprise model's variants) offers the possibility not to process returns via the channel's central warehouse. Instead, customers would send their returns directly to you.
The final decision about the shipping process will be made by the channel.
Returns processing in the cross-dock model and the enterprise model:
•In the crossdock model, the channel will receive the returns. This means customers will send their returns to neckermann.at. Therefore, you need to contractually establish a way of processing returns with the channel.
•In the enterprise model, proceed in the following way: Returned goods from a closed order must be recorded as returns in TB.One to guarantee correct accounting. This is sent to the channel as returns message.
