ATTENTION: Connect to the channel's account!

TB.One is connected to the channel account via secure OAuth authentication:

1.Navigate to the settings of each country channel under "Channels > Your Secret Sales country channel > Settings".

2.Stay on the tab "System settings", and find the section "Basic settings".

3.Click on the button "Login with Mirakl" to open the entry mask. Enter your Mirakl SSO access data and log in.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Secret Sales. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

•The product designation is mandatory for Secret Sales.

•The length of the product designation is limited to 150 characters.

•Use the title configurator.

•Do not split the designation into common noun and proper name.

D-02: Special text

Secret Sales does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

•The product description is mandatory for Secret Sales.

•The length of the product description is limited to 1000 characters.

D-04: Components

The following components are mandatory at Secret Sales:

•Variant-forming components (size)

•Product properties required for the value mapping

•Components for manufacturer information to comply with General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements (see this section)

D-05: Attributes

The following attributes are mandatory at Secret Sales:

•Product properties required for the value mapping

Comply with the channel's requirements.

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

•Article number

•EAN (13-digit)

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following shipping information:

•Package type

•Shipping type

E-03: Variant dimensions

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

•Variant creation only via size

Secret Sales does not limit the number or type of variant dimensions.

If you create products with, for instance, size and color as variant dimensions, a new product is created for the property "color".

F-01: Media

•Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

•Number: No minimum or maximum

•Size: No size requirement

•Resolution: No DPI requirement

•Provide your product/article images according to the requirements of the channel's image guide.

G-01: Carrier

•Use a carrier of your choice

•Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Secret Sales.

G-03: Invoice

TB.One will print invoices that comply with the channel's requirements. Include them in your packages.

G-04: Proposed return code

You don't have to send return codes to the channel with your dispatch advices.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

No shipping documents necessary

G-06: Refund deduction

At Secret Sales you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

Secret Sales does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Secret Sales does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Secret Sales.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for Secret Sales. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

Country channel specifics for the value mapping:

For Secret Sales, some mandatory properties depend on the country channels you booked. This concerns the following properties for the respective country specific channels:

•"Composition"

•"Measurements"

•"Warranty"

Therefore, check which country specific channels apply to you and map the corresponding translation for those as well.

To avoid export errors, provide the complete translations in the language of the sub-channel.

Mandatory values in the value mapping for General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) information:

To comply with GPSR requirements, transfer the following values via the value mapping to provide manufacturer information:

•"GPSR-es_ES"

•"GPSR-en_GB"

•"GPSR-fr_BE"

•"GPSR-en_IE"

•"GPSR-nl_NL"

Ensure you have assigned components that contain the required GPSR information listed above to all your products.

X-05: Pending orders

Secret Sales transmits pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on article level.

X-07: Commission group

Secret Sales does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Secret Sales will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Secretsales (main channel) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At Secret Sales you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Secret Sales.

X-12: Product text profile

You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed).

▪Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile.

▪Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create".

▪Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description.

▪Go to "Channels > Secretsales (main channel) > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts".

▪Select the option "Use configurable product text".

▪Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile.

▪In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use.

▪If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for Secret Sales by filling in the field Former RP.
